Amy's Cupcake Shoppe began in 2014 and bakery doors have been open since June 2016. We pride ourselves in our made-from-scratch desserts and use only the best ingredients. Located on Mainstreet in Hopkins, Minnesota just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, we create custom cakes, gourmet cupcakes, French macarons + so many other delicious sweet treats!

We are deeply rooted in helping our Hopkins community through donations + sponsorships of local teams, events, and organizations. Every year we donate MORE THAN $5,000 in ‘in-kind’ donations, sponsorships + our monthly donation cupcakes. The more we support the community the better we all do!

Along with helping our community, we are also focused on doing the best we can for our environment. We have teamed up with MNimize to reduce our single-use plastics, straws + we have switched to compostable boxes and cups!

Visit us at the Shoppe for a brewed coffee from City Girl Coffee, a sweet treat, or do a little local shopping! We host an array of amazing, woman-owned small businesses at our bakery! Shop + eat local!
